The Clerk is directed to record the report,plat the'road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted of opening of mid road,and notify the Road Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law. • • J W. S. Highway No. 6 in the Keenesburg area, known as State Project I 80S-1(17)31, has closed a portion of County Road No. 759, more particularly described as follows, to-wit, Beginning at a point where the U. S. Highway No. 6 intersects the Section line between Sections 26 and 27, at State Highway Station #1196 plus 52.8' on the North right-of-way line of Interstate Route 80S, __g-,North 1,764.8', in Township 2 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P. M., and, WHEREAS. it appears that the necessities of the public no longer require this County Road, and WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be to the best interests of the County to close said road. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED. that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, order that a portion of County Road No. 759, as described above, be and hereby is vacated, abandoned and closed.
