Dear Ms. Wright,
I am submitting a letter of opposition to the proposed solor field.
We, the Sater Family, currently hold the lease on the state land noted in USR 24-0024 and are requesting to be notified
of any permitting processes.
Some concerns include:
. We rely on the grazing for our cows
. It is right in the middle of our farm and ranch
. This section is already under intensive construction for oil and gas development
. The land is sand hills and construction will cause severe erosion
. How will they obtain easements through our deeded property for construction,
maintenance, power output, etc.
It is my opinion that this project is not a well thought out plan, rather a brain storm from someone with no concept of
the fragility of this native pasture.
Sincerely,
Jarred Sater
