Bids were received and opened on May 22, 2025 for the Guardicore Maintenance and
Support Bid. Two bids were received ranging from $105,150.26 to $106,387.88.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bids. Trace3 Government out of Colorado
Springs, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $105,150.26 and meets the
requirements documented in the bid process.
With the above information, I recommend the BOCC award the Guardicore
Maintenance and Support Bid to Trace3 Government for a total amount of $105,150.26.
