Pursuant to the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-95
and its amendments, I am hereby designating the Larimer-Weld Regional
Coun cil of Governments as a regional clearinghouse for Colorado Planning
and Management Region 2, effective immediately. At the same time, I
am notifying the Office of Management and Budget of this appointment.
As part of this responsibility, I am requesting the continued close
coordination with the Colorado Division of Planning within the Department
of Local Affairs, who will continue to act as the State Clearinghouse for
projects within your district.
We look forward to the coordination that this appointment will
develop in relation to federal, state and local planning and development
activities.
