REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
TO PRESENT OWNERS:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it does hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their
right, title and interest in and to an easement removing all gravel, sand. road
making and building material acquired by instrument dated December 21, 1953,
on a tract of land more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the North-West Quarter (NW-it) of the North-West
Quarter (NW4) of Section Thirty-two (32) Township Five (5) North, Range 65 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing thirty-nine (39) acres more
or less, described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the South-West (SW) corner, thence north 635
feet, thence east 227 feet, thence south 306 feet, thence west 215 feet, thence
south 323 feet which is 20 feet east of the point of beginning.
Also an easement for ingress and egress to remove above gravel.
The above and foregoing resolution was, n motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on roll c 11{
