DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT' -OF-WAY
PLEASANT VALLEY ESTATES

WEST OF THE 6th P. M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it does hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual right -of
way over the public roads, streets, highways, and easements in behalf of the
public in Pleasant Valley Estates, being a subdivision locacted in the Northeast
Quarter of Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 65, West of the 6th P. M., Weld
County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the East line of said Section 32 as bearing
S 00° 00' 00" W and with all bearing contained herein
relative thereto.
Beginning at the NE Corner of said Section 32, thence S 00° 00' 00"
W a distance of 1626.11 feet, Thence N 77° 23' 00" W a distance of
583.70 feet, Thence N 17° 30' 00" E a distance of 168.30 feet,
Thence N 20° 30' 00" E a distance of 443.00 feet, Thence N 06° 30' 00"
E a distance of 217.00 feet, Thence N 02° 33' 12" W a distance of
755.95 feet, Thence S 82° 43' 10" E a distance of 376.00 feet to
the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom and subject to any
right of way or easements as now on record.
and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the accompany plat is approved for filing and
the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved,
provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of said
streets, roads, and right-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld; and
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post a bond
in the sum of $2,500.00 prior to the beginning of any construction in said
subdivision and/or the construction of subdivision roads, to guarantee absolute
compliance with County Road specifications and that said bond shall continue
for one year after completion of said roads or unless sooner released by action of
the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded
adopted by the following vote:
