DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE - That said Contract shall be changed in the following particulars:
That additional welding due to a structural design change will be authorized.
and that after the said changes shall have been made with additions and/or deletions are
hereby directed to be a part of the original Contract, the agreement as shown by the
original Contract together with the above-named additions and/or deletions shall constitute
the agreement and Contract of the parties hereto
JUSTIFICATION:
Due to a field design change authorized by Tom Norton, Project Manager, Weld County
Engineering consultants.
