Approve Reappointment to Board of Retirement
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the term for a certain position on the Board of Retirement will soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Jennifer Oftelie to said board as the Employee Representative, with a term to expire
July 31, 2029.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Jennifer Oftelie be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Retirement,
with a term to expire July 31, 2029.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 16th day of July, A.D., 2025:
