Facility: Grays Federal 27 Sec HZ Well Production Facility SWNW quadrant of Section 27, Township 5N, Range 65W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: Initial permit request for low pressure (LP) gas venting to enclosed combustion device during vapor recovery unit (VRU) downtime. The facility is located in the severe ozone nonattainment area and this permit is establishing new synthetic minor limits for the gas venting source. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally -enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.) The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
