Consistent with Comprehensive Plan i Section 22-2-30.A.1 states: "Land use changes should not inhibit agricultural production nor operations." - This is a request to keep and raise exotic animals. The land use is primarily agriculturally based that is aimed at aiding conservation efforts with the Denver Zoo. Section 22-2-60.B.2. "Ensure that infrastructure, such as adequate roads and utilities, exists or can be made available prior to development of energy and mineral resource production facilities." - According to the application materials, the access will be located off of County Road 69, which is located approximately four (4) miles from the subject parcel.
