1, Robert A. Cowles, have actual knowledge of and ant competent to testify to the facts stated
below. Thereby declare under penalty of perjury and pursuant to C.R.S. § 38-35-109(5)(b)(IV),

1. A Personal Representative' Deed was recorded in Weld County on October 22, 2020
