THIS DEED, Made this %/ day of Aly in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven between ALEXANDER
THOMPSON, of the County of Weld and State of Colorado, of the
first part , and the COUNTY OF WELD, in the State of Colorado,
of the second part,

WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part , for
and in consideration of the covenants and agreements of the party
of the second part to construct and maintain a county road upon
and over the premises hereinafter conveyed, has remised, released,
sold, conveyed and QUIT-CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise
release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the
second part , its successors or assigns, all the right, title,
interest , claim and demand which the said party of the first
part has in and to the following described land situate, lying -
and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit :-
A strip of land thirty (30 ) feet in width along the South
line of the Southwest quarter ( ST1 /) of section twenty four ( 24)
township two ( 2 ) North, range sixty seven (67) West .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and -
singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right ,
title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the
first part , either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part , its
successors and assigns forever. PROVIDED, however, that the
foregoing conveyance is made upon the express condition and
stipulation that the premises hereby conveyed shall be used
only as a county road, it being understood and agreed that if
at any time said road shall be closed or discontinued the land
hereby conveyed shall at once revert to the party of the first

part , his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns. •
