Dear Peggy,
I want to thank you and Intermountain Health, Platte Valley Hospital for your
recent grant of $5,000 to support our Community Health Survey.
As you know, the survey will greatly assist the Department's efforts to collect
population -level data on health status, healthcare access, mental health, and many
other health -related topics. The data we collect is foundational to informing and
shaping public health efforts, by allowing us and our partners to make evidence -
based decisions, identify trends, and develop targeted interventions. Your donation
will help increase response rates which is crucial for reducing statical bias and
improving the quality and reliability of the data collected. This, in turn, enhances
the effectiveness of public health efforts.
With your donation we will be able to express our appreciation to Weld residents
who complete the survey this Spring. Thank you again for your generous grant and
support to the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment.
Sincerely,
Jason Chessher
