The Weld County Board of County Commissioners have set the priorities for the Weld CDBG Program as public improvements,access to public services and housing preservation.The Program is designed to provide funding to address community development needs which principally benefit low and moderate-income persons.This project meets the program goals)by improving a public facility that provide services to seniors,who as a group,are presumed to be low and moderate- income persons.
