To Whom It May Concern:
North Weld County Water District provides domestic water service to the parcel described
above, otherwise known as 35938 CR 25. The current service provides a Water Allocation and
Plant Investment Allocation of 1, yielding 228 kgal per year without surcharge rates. The
Applicant has indicated that they intend to convert the existing residence into a church with an
anticipated annual water usage of 150 kgals. The District has no conflict with the existing tap
being utilized to serve the proposed church.
