RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZING COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL TAX SALE
CERTIFICATE NO, 170.
WHEREAS, Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has
requested authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 170
for the tax years 1970 and 1971 on improvements only, on Block 165,
Evans, Weld County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the
County to cancel said Tax Sale Certificate. y
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Weld County Treasurer,
Francis M. Loustalet, be and he hereby is authorized to cancel County
Tax Sale Certificate No. 170 of the years 1970 and 1971.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
