To the Honorable Board of County Commission:of Weld County,Colorado: I

We,the undersigned, Citizens of your County,respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a county wagon
road to be laid out as follows,to-wit: Commencing at - 1:
a) A point on the north line of section 20 in township 5 R. R. 65, Where Public Highway No. '
O0 35 crosses said line; thence running east an the north line of said section 20 and on the ,�
/ scuth line of section 17, for a distance of about three fourths of a mile to a point
v/ where the same will intersect with public highway No. 420. i;11
That portion of said proposed highway gnat of the Union Pacific Railroad appears to I+
have been dedicated. by Union Colony of Colorado in its plat and that portion of the same ;
west of the said Railroad appears to have been dedicated by plat of Arlington Gardens,
as to the 30 feet lying on.the north aide of the south line of section 17.

Said road to be not less than sixty(60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road,as above described,and we, the owners
of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out,in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and.severally in hand
paid by the said County of Weld,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road,hereby

agree to give the right of way through our lands,as shown by the plat accompanying this petition,and relinquish all claims for dane- '..f
age by reason thereof. The said proposed line of road is more fully shown by the following map or plat, to which reference is herein ' 11

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, residing within two (2) miles of
the road herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County
wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
a point on the north lire of Section 20 ix ,Township 5 N .R. 65 , Where
