Facility: HOWARD USX T6N-R64W-S9 L01 Well Production Facility SWSE Section 9 Township 6N Range 64W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: The operator is requesting the addition of a new low pressure gas venting source at an oil and gas well production facility located in the severe ozone nonattainment area. Public comment is required for this source since the new AIRS Point itself is synthetic minor. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • permitted emissions exceed public notice threshold values in Regulation No. 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.a (25 tpy in a non -attainment area and/or 50 tpy in an attainment area) The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
