We are writing to inform you that Red Hawk Petroleum, LLC ("Red Hawk") recently sold all
its operated wells in Weld and Morgan Counties of Colorado to Strachan Exploration, Inc.
This sale was closed in early April but was effective as of January 1, 2025. Please note that
all revenue and billings will come from Strachan Exploration 992 S. 4th Ave. Suite 100-461,
Brighton, Colorado 80112. For any inquiries regarding revenue payments or billings please
