REGARDING EXTENSION OF
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
SONNY VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION:
WHEREAS, it was requested that an extension to the
Subdivision Agreement on Sonny View Estates Subdivision, First
Addition, be granted to January 19 , 1975, and
WHEREAS, for good cause shown, it is
NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, and it is hereby
authorized and instructed to grant the hereinabove extension
forthwith. Dated this 15th day of May, 1974 .
