ADD PORTION OF STREETS WITHIN
SONNY VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING
TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM
(PTN RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 24 , W'SW4)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby accept certain
portions of streets lying within the Sonny View Estates
Subdivision, First Filing, (Part of the W'SW4 of Section 24,
Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. ) said streets
being:
Lynn Street .12 mile m/1 60 ' width
Cindy Place . 08 mile m/1 60' width
Part of Grand View Drive
(From Cindy Place in a
southerly direction to
cul-de-sac at Lot 19) . 25 mile m/1 60' width
TOTAL . 45 mile m/1
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion

After inspecting the streets in Sonny View Estates Subdivision,
First Filing, and reviewing the file on same, I recommend to
add portions of streets, as stated in resolution dated May 1 , 1974,
to County Road System under the circumstances at hand.
