Box 758 Greeley, CO 80632 Re: Amendment to Notice to Quit Month -to -Month Tenancy Delivered Via Hand Deliver on October 13, 2025, by Mr. Patrick O'Neill Dear Mr. Hlad: You were served on August 28, 2025, by Mr. Patrick O'Neill, with a letter which provided you with formal notice that the month -to -month tenancy you have in 910 10th Street will end on February 1, 2026. The letter required you to vacate the building on or before that date. You have expressed to Mr. O'Neill that you wish to occupy the property to and until February 28, 2026. That date will be six months following your receipt of the August 28, 2025, letter. The Board of County Commissioners believes your request is reasonable. Therefore, with this letter the Board is extending the date on which the lease will end and you are required to vacate 910 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, to and until 5:00 p.m. on February 28, 2026. Be advised that your rent, which you have been faithfully paying and are up to date on, shall remain at $1,400 per month during your occupancy. Box 758 Greeley, CO 80632 Re: Notice to Quit Month -to -Month Tenancy at 910 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado Delivered Via Hand Deliver on August 28, 2025, by Mr. Patrick O'Neill Dear Mr. Hlad: As you are aware, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has made the decision to site a new judicial center and administration building in downtown Greeley. A result of that decision is the building at 910 10th Street, owned by Weld County, will need to be razed to provide parking. Therefore, this letter is to provide you with formal notice that the month -to -month tenancy you have in the building, pursuant to the lease approved in December 2008, will end on February 1, 2026. You will need to vacate 910 10th Street on or before that date. Your rent, which you have been faithfully paying and are up to date on, shall remain at $1,400 per month during the next six months.
