Approve Reassignment and Reappointments to Juvenile Community Review Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, a vacancy currently exists and the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile
Community Review Board will soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
David James on said board from the Citizen Regular Member to the Citizen Alternate
Member, with a term to expire November 1, 2028, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint the
representatives below to said board as listed:
Allison Herrera, as the Probation Regular Member, with a term to expire
November 1, 2028;
Sean Julian, as the Probation Alternate Member, with a term to expire
November 1, 2028;
Kristen Dalton, as the School District Regular Member, with a term to
expire November 1, 2028;
Debbie Heck, as the School District Alternate Member, with a term to
expire November 1, 2028;
Tyler Fittz, as the Division Youth Services Regular Member, with a term
to expire November 1, 2026 (nunc pro tunc November 1, 2023)
Richard Knight, as the Division Youth Services Alternate Member, with a
term to expire November 1, 2026 (nunc pro tunc November 1, 2023)
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the above listed representatives, be, and hereby are, reassigned and
reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, all with terms to expire as listed
above.

The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 5th day of November, A.D., 2025, nunc pro tunc November 1, 2023:
