DETERMINED TO BE EVEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and.
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdvision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0807-18-3-RE-28 as
p•covided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
