CORRECTED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they do hereby approve the Corrected Unit Development plan, as
recommended by the Weld County Planning Commission as per their resolution
dated September 13, 1972.
Tract A proposed "T-UD" Zone
A tract of land located in HIGHLAND HILLS SUBDIVISION, as
recorded in the records of Weld County, Colorado and being a part
of the North Half (Nf) of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 66
Wet of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North-
west Corner (NWCor) of said Section 15, and considering the North
Line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWiNW4)
of said Section 15 to bear North 88°08'30" East, with all bearings
contained herein being relative therto: Thence North 88°08'30"
East, along the North line of said Section 15, a distance of
1823. 12 feet; Thence South 89°57'30" East, along the North line
of said Section 15, a distance of 60.74 feet; Thence South 01°27'30",

the true point of beginning; Thence continuing South 89°57'30"

Dear Mr. Billings:
Final submittal of plats for recording purposes on "Highland Hills Second
Official Unit Development Plan" has resulted in finding a few minor discre-
pancies with the legal description approved by the Board by Resolution on
July 19, 1972. These are minor errors which were apparently transposed in
the typing process. I would appreciate the Board's consideration to amend
their original Resolution to include the following corrections:
Tracts A and B "T" Transitional Unit Development
Change bearing North 89° 57' 30" East, 391 .92 feet to
South 89° 57' 30" East, 391 .92 feet
Tract C "R-UD" Residential Unit Development
