Can we add a subparagraph F to this revised Section 2-1-60, as follows?
F. Nothing in this Section 2-1-60 shall create an expectation in the procedures set forth herein in any
member of the public, nor create a right of action by any member of the public if any of the procedures
set forth herein are not complied with.
