scheduled for Tuesday, March 11. 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Association's office in Lucerne, Colorado
located at the above address.
If vou are unable to attend. please execute the ballot enclosed and return it to the office.
The directors are providing you with the enclosed proxy and voting ballot to fill out and send back
to the Association in lieu of your attendance at the annual meeting. The items to be voted on at the annual
meeting include electing directors for three-year terms, the levying of assessments and any other business
that may properly come before the membership.
The board currently consists of seven directors, Mike Hungenberg (President), Lynn Fagerberg
(Vice-president), Frank Eckhardt, Keith Amen, Chuck Winter, Bruce Johnson and Ethan Cozzens
(Secretary/Treasurer).
The directors whose terms expire this year are Chuck Winter and Ethan Cozzens. These two persons
are on the enclosed ballot. No other nominations have been made for secretary/treasurer or director.
The well pumping fees for 2024 are recommended by the directors to meet the budget needs of the

$10.00 per well. This is the same assessment rate as in 2024.
If you would prefer to attend the annual meeting rather than fill out the enclosed proxy and ballot,
or if you have questions or comments about the Association, the items of business, the proxy or the annual
meeting, please contact Ethan Cozzens, Secretary of the Association, at the number above for further details
and so that we can obtain a head count of those who plan to attend in person.
Thank you for your continued support of the Association.
