On January 21, 2025, the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division will begin a 30 -day public
comment period for Verdad Resources, LLC - Rohn Fed 1324 Pad. A copy of this public notice
is enclosed.
Thank you for assisting the division by posting a copy of this notice in your office. A public
copy of this notice is required by Colorado Air Quality Control Commission regulations. The
notice must be available for public inspection for a period of thirty (30) days from the
beginning of the public comment period. Please reference the public notice for instructions
on submitting comments.

Notice of a Proposed Construction Permit Warranting Public Comment

Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to
the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Verdad Resources, LLC
Facility: Rohn Fed 1324 Pad
Well Production Facility
SWNE Quadrant of Section 13, Township 9N, Range 60W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows:
This facility is classified as a well production facility. Well fluids from eight (8) well are first routed
to heated separators where gas, oil , and water are separator. Gas is collected to pipeline while
produced water is sent to storage vessels. Oil further sent to heater treaters for further separation.
Gas from the heater treater is sent to pipeline through a compressor. Water is sent to storage
vessels while oil is sent to a surge tank. Gas evolved in the surge tank is collected to pipeline via a
compressor. During normal operations, oil is sent to sales pipeline using a LACT unit and water is
sent to a disposal pipeline. During pipeline downtime, oil and water are transported out of the
facility through tanker trucks.
Project is subject to public notice requirements because operator is requesting emission limitations
on the PTE of VOC in order to avoid major source requirements.

The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements
under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to
the following reason(s):
• the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to
avoid other requirements.
The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
A copy of the application, the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number

The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning
the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and
regulations of the commission. The division will receive and consider written public comments for
thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice. Comments may be submitted using the
