On April 28, 2025, the Weld County Board of Commissioners approved an application for renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant (County) Liquor License, and biennial renewal of said license, for Rigo's Mexican Restaurant, LLC, dba Rigo's Mexican Restaurant. The licensee submitted payment of the annual renewal application fee for the second year of the biennial period by the required date. Upon receipt of such payment, the Clerk to the Board's Office requested referral review by the appropriate departments and no concerns were received. The Clerk to the Board's Office and Weld County Attorney's Office determined the licensee has remained in good standing. Box 758 Greeley, Colorado 80632 Page 1 of 2 Disclaimer: Pursuant to Articles 3 and 4, Title 44, C.R.S., Colorado Liquor Rules, 1 CCR 203-2: 47-303, and Article II of Chapter 12 of the Weld County Code, licensees authorized to renew their license for a two-year period on a biennial basis shall still pay the applicable renewal fees annually, but will only have to submit the application documents, as referenced in Section 12-2-30 of the Weld County Code, every two years on a biennial basis, so long as the applicant and license remain in good standing with both the State and Local Licensing Authorities.
