Establish Neighborhood to be Served, Designate Commissioner to Make On -Site
Inspection, and Set Hearing Date Concerning Application for Retail Liquor Store
(County) License — Crow Valley Liquor, Inc., dba Crow Valley Liquors
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting held on the 17th day of March, 2025, heard evidence to assist in establishing the
neighborhood to be served, designating a Commissioner to make an on -site inspection,
and setting the hearing date concerning the application of Crow Valley Liquor, Inc.,
dba Crow Valley Liquors, 37937 State Highway 14, Briggsdale, Colorado 80611, for a
Retail Liquor Store (County) License, and
Whereas, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise the
neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to -wit:
All of Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, and 30, Township 8 North,
Range 62 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
Whereas, the Board further determined that Commissioner Jason S. Maxey should be
designated to make the on -site inspection concerning said application, and
Whereas, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application shall
be scheduled for April 7, 2025, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the above -described area be, and hereby is, established as the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application of Crow Valley Liquor, Inc.,
dba Crow Valley Liquors, for a Retail Liquor Store (County) License.
Be it further resolved by the Board that Commissioner Jason S. Maxey, be, and hereby
is, designated to make the on -site inspection concerning said application.
Be it further resolved by the Board that the hearing date concerning said application,
be, and hereby is, scheduled for April 7, 2025, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.

Crow Valley Liquor Inc Security Plan
Crow Valley Liquor Inc is located at 37937 CO 14 Briggsdale, CO, 80611.
The business premises is a one story building. There is a front (main) door and a side door.
Both doors are security grade doors to which only the tenant, Crow Valley liquor Inc managed by
Esmeralda Chavira, and the landlord, Chris A Schultz, have keys to. There are security cameras
present on the interior and exterior of the building. The front door will only be unlocked during
business hours. The side exterior door is utilized as an emergency exit only and remains locked
at all times. All windows on the premises are locked and secured at all times. A security camera
system has been installed to include an e911 system with the options of alarming loudly or
quietly calling 911.
