On:June 9, 2025, the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division will begin a 30 -day public
comment penod for Fundare Resources Company, LLC - Razor 25B Production Facility.
A copy of this public notice is enclosed.
Thank you for assisting the division by posting a copy of this notice in your office. A
public copy,of this notice,is required biColorado Air Quality Control Commission
regulations. The notice must be available for public inspection for a penod of thirty
(30) -days from the beginning of the public comment penod. Please -reference the

Notice of a Proposed Construction Permit Warranting_ Public Comment
Fundare Resources Company, LLC - Razor 256 Production Facility - Weld -
Nonce Penod Begins: June 9, 2025
Notice is hereby given that -an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to
the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Appluant: Fundare,Resources_Company, LLC
Fac�hty: Razor 256 ProductiOn Facility
Well production facility
NWNE quadrant of Section -25, -Township 10N, Range 58W -
Weld County - i
The proposed project or activity is as follows:
--Fundare'Resources Company, 'LLC submitted'an'application for a modification at an existing
oil and 'gas well productionJacilrty located in the'Northern Weld County non -attainment area: This
modification reduces permitted emissions; 'changing the facility status -from a -'major source=of VOC
to a synthetic minor source, thereby establishing a new synthetic minor limit. This project involves,
establishing synthetic minor permit coverage for separator venting and -crude oil storage tanks,
_ under two separate individual permits (15WE1421 Et 15WE0065)
The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements
under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part.6, Section III.C due to -
the following reason(s):
This source is requesting a federally -enforceable limit on:the potential -to emit to avoid
other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.)
The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.

A copy of the application; the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number

The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concermng
the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and
regulations of the commission. The division will receive and consider wntten public comments for
thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice. Comments may be submitted using the
