This letter is to affirm that the St. Vrain Sanitation District is the exclusive provider of
sanitary sewer service to both the Pelican Shores North and Pelican Shores South
developments. These areas lie entirely within the boundaries of the District, and the
infrastructure for service to all lots is in place.
