Please reference the public notice for instructions on submitting comments. �.0v °\ 4300 Cherry Creek Drive S., Denver, CO 80246-1530 P 303-692-2000 www.colorado.Qov/cdphe Jared Polls, Governor I Jill Hunsaker Ryan, MPH, Executive Director (t)SI to lug, -I-.1 L (.15) -PlAbh iA.GO ?IA)(C,1+jOlt_( DDp11?tit S , DC C3c) IZ 5 41131 Z5 2025-1693 Air Pollution Control Division Notice of a Proposed Construction Permit Warranting Public Comment Website Title: Notice Period Begins: June 10, 2025 Fundare Resources Company, LLC - Horsetail 07 West CPB - Weld County Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution: Applicant: Fundare Resources Company, LLC Facility: Horsetail 07 West CPB Well Production Facility SENW Section 7, T10N, R57W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: Fundare Resources Company, LLC submitted a modification to redevelop site specific emission factors, lower the permitted gas vented throughput from 36.5 MMscf/yr to 9.3 MMscf/yr, and update the control device from a Flare Industries SFVP-0824 open flare to a Crimson Energy CE 100 enclosed combustion device for natural gas venting from eight (8) two-phase separators and eight (8) three-phase heater treaters during gas gathering system downtime. Crude oil and produced water vessels receive liquid from the three phase heater treaters at the facility. Emissions from the crude oil and produced water storage vessels are routed to one (1) Crimson Energy CE -1000 enclosed combustion device. Crude oil is loaded out from the crude oil vessels to tank trucks using submerged fill. The facility is considered a synthetic minor source of VOC under the PSD, NANSR and Title V programs. The facility is considered a synthetic minor source of n -Hexane under the Title V program. This permit is being sent to public comment because new synthetic minor limits are being requested.
