I emailed you both about 2 weeks ago. I'm still seeking clarification on #1 and wanted to make you aware of #2. If one
of you could please respond so I'm aware you received my communication.
1. I am not finding the August 5, 2025 payment detail for owner #1833 on EnergyLink. Ck #100069, $314.21. I
have the check, but need the corresponding detail.
2. Weld County is a tax exempt entity and per our lease our royalty checks should not have taxes taken out. On
our next royalty payment please refund the taxes from the checks you have already sent, and mark us at tax
exempt going forward.
