COMMISSIONER HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
Commissioner Anderson offered the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS, the Weld County Housing Authority shall consist of five
Commissioners as provided by resolution dated June 6, 1951, and a vacancy
does now exist; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to this Board that Reverend
Carl W. Dietz of Eaton, Colorado, be and he is hereby appointed to serve
as Commissioner of the Housing Authority of Weld County, Colorado, for a
term of five years, beginning this date and ending July 1, 1977.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, passed by the following vote.

Dear Mr. Miller:
I have enclosed two copies of Reverend Dietz's appointment
to the Housing Authority. One copy is for the Housing Authority
files and one is for Reverend Dietz. The Oath of Office should
be returned to our office when completed.
I have enclosed a copy of our records and a list of the current
board members with their terms. As per our telephone conversation
you will let me know after your board meeting which member you wish
to remove. Thank you.
