Women Voters of Greeley-Weld County 1925 - 15th Ave . , Greeley We have contacted the nominees and each has agreed to have his name submitted to you. Our list comprises persons who are experienced in the field of adult and juvenile problems and corrections or who have a great interest in the area. If it meets with your approval, the League would like to sponsor the first meeting of this Advisory Committee . Clark Thomas, of CNC-NIiPQ, Inc. , who has offered to work with the comrtittee, has informed us that the jail plans will probably need to be finalize' by early fall. With this in mind, we would like to make the most of the first meeting by arranging: (1) A presentation of the jail plans by Clark Thomas , of CNC-NHPQ, Inc. (2) A talk by a state official (such as the Director of Criminal Justice of the State of Colorado) on jail programs. (3) Organization time for the purpose of electing a chairman of the committee and planning future meetings. We would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this and having your approval so that we may schedule the first meeting. There is much interest in the jail plans, and we thank you for the opportunity to help arrange citizen input on those plans.
