the evening. The equipment and speakers are located in the event area.
13. In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation of the property, the emcee will
announce two exits from the event area. There is an exit from the property (via gate)
to the neighboring property at the rear and access to a large indoor arena (in the
event of inclement weather). The other exit is to the front of the property with access
to the parking area (cars). We'll conduct a pre -briefing with the security team and
volunteers to prepare for potentially unexpected occurrences.
14. In addition to access to city water provided by the property owner, bottled water is
available to guests. We also have bottled water service from Crystal Clear Water.
15. We have contracted with Rented Relief (i :[ !i; y ,..: i) for portable
restroom service at the event that includes handwashing receptacles. We also have
a portable restroom onsite through PRS in Johnstown.
16. Trash and recycling bins will be available throughout the event space. Excess waste
items that are not recycled will be picked up by our residential service provider or
disposed of at Front Range Land Fill in Erie. Recycling will be picked up by our
residential service provider.

19. Alcohol (beer, wine, seltzers, limited cocktails) will be provided. Liquor permit is in
progress.
20. The area of the property where event takes place has four standing light posts with
power provided by property owner. In addition, string lights are hung in outdoor
areas and tents. A generator is available for back up power.
21. The DJ is located at the center of the property with two speakers. A third speaker will
be placed at the back of the property for additional sound to reach all guests.
22. Access to the property is on one road, County Road 4, which is also a dead end. CR
4 is only accessible from County Road 7 to the west. There are two sections of the
property near the entrance where cars will be parked. These two areas are roughly
equivalent to one acre. Surface material is dirt/gravel or grass. Overflow parking is
available in our arena (dirt/sand) and at a property at the intersection of CR 7 and CR
4 owned by Rocky Mountain Rabbit Rescue. We have a golf cart available to
transport those who need assistance from the overflow parking area at the Rabbit
Rescue.
23. The area being used for the event is grass. We do not anticipate dust being an issue.
24. Existing electrical power on the property is used and generator is available for
backup power if needed.
25. Liquor permit is in progress. No other permits are anticipated.

Mountain View Fire has no issues with the event. If any tent is over 400 sq ft, a tent permit is required. Any cooking or
use of open flame under a tent/canopy requires flame resistant certification of the tent/canopy.
