Resolution of Illegal Land Division, ILD25-0001, Created in 2006 — Robert and
Margee Sekich, and Anadarko E & P Onshore, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on June 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Perry L. Buck, Chair
Commissioner Scott K. James, Pro-Tem - Excused
Commissioner Jason S. Maxey
Commissioner Lynette Peppler
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated June 4, 2025, and duly published
June 6, 2025, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Robert and Margee Sekich, and Anadarko E & P Onshore, LLC, for Resolution
of Illegal Land Division, ILD25-0001, created in 2006. Bruce Barker, County Attorney,
made this a matter of record.
ei Lindsay Oliver, Department of Planning Services, presented a brief summary of the
proposal, described the sign posting, and shared Notice was sent out to 20 surrounding
property owners (SPOs), one phone call was received with general questions, and no
written correspondence was received. She narrated a history of the ILD, entered the
favorable recommendation of Staff into the record, as written, and displayed images of
the site and surrounding views. In response to Commissioner Maxey, Ms. Oliver
confirmed the balance of the acreage will automatically revert to A (Agricultural).
Ms. Oliver further stated this was the best and cleanest solution for reverting the Illegal
Land Division to a legal lot. In response to Commissioner Ross, Mr. Barker stated the ILD
was conveyed separately, and the definition of the subdivision in state statute allows the
Board of County Commissioners to make an exception for odd cases. Max Nader agreed
with Mr. Barker's statement.
Robert Sekich, applicant, introduced himself and was available for questions.

IN No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
El Commissioner Ross moved to approve the request of Robert and Margee Sekich,
and Anadarko E & P Onshore, LLC, for Resolution of Illegal Land Division, ILD25-0001,
created in 2006, based on the recommendations of Planning staff, with the Conditions of
Approval, as presented. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Maxey and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 9:37 a.m.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Hearing Certification, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following
vote on the 2nd day of July, A.D., 2025:
