When this started in 2016, all of the Weld County School District superintendents voted to have three district representatives meet with three county commissioners annually to discuss the allocation of the unallocation portion of the funds, pursuant to HB 09-1250. The original resolution had the superintendent names listed for School District RE -9, RE -12 and RE -5J. We are currently updating a resolution to list and update and reflect the three new commissioners and wanted to let you know we are going to remove the names of superintendents and just list "Superintended of Weld County School District Weld RE -9, RE -12 and RE -5J. " Due to superintendents changing from time to time, we thought it would make sense to update this language as well. Attached is draft copy of the resolution for your review.
