GENTLEMEN :—
Jour viewers appointed on the eighth day of June,-.
18_ to view a county road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above
named day and date, a copy of which,has been received by as, viz.: Own mowing'at* northwest corner
of section 5, totmshir 6 north, rrnge 64 west, or the town of Geleton,
stunted as above, and running south rlong the section line between sec-
:ors rpi 6 ar / 8 for a distLroJ ef 2 miles ; also coa_ Dccing ail
the southwest corner of section 6, township 6 north, rsn ge 64 west, and
ruai.uing west along the section line between sections 6 and 7 for C' distance

Respectfully submit the following report,to wit: After receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of
said proposed road,on the 24 dart of Juno, 1912 1912 18 at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M.,being the
time and place specified in our appointment,and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition,as follows:
We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and rant_. in ac yc rt./ no o th
description, coma-ericing at strrting ;'cirt goinp: to the end and then _'et n-nini
over the pror;osed road again; beginning and terminus being as shown
on a ,: fa-_tr,;,-ing -flat made a part hereof.

The last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out and viewed being over the most
practicable route which we in our judgment can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the
proposed route as prayed for, viz.4

O prayed for in a certain petition presented to your Honorable body on the above named day
and date, P copy of which has been received by uS, viz: Commencing at nortHwest. corner ;I
of section 5, township 6 north, r^i$e 64 west, or the town of :Dilatory, situated as
above and running south along the section line between sections 5 and 6 and 7 and 8 for
a distance of 2 miles; also commencing at the southwest corner of section 5, township 6
north, range 64 west, and running west along the section line between sections 6 and 7
for a distance of one mile. All above described road is .shown on map attached to this �r -
and 1s a pert of this viewers' report.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, residing within two (2) miles of
the road herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County
wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
The north west corner of section 5, township6, range 64, or the
Town of raleton sitiiatftd as above, and rinnigg south along the section
line between sections 5 and 6 , and 7 and 8 for a distance of two ( 2) ,
miles.
Also commencing at the south west, corner of sertthon 5, township 6,
range 64, and running west along the section line between sections 6 ,
and7for a distance of one ( 1 ) mile,
All above described road is shown on map attached to this, and is
a part of this petition.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
