IN AND FOR COUNTY OF WELD ' ) WELD COUNTY, COLORADO No. 16834 IN THE MATTER OF CENTRAL COLORADO ) AMENDED WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT ) ORDER This matter coming on to be heard pursuant to the Motion of Miller , Ruyle , Steinmark and Shade , Attorneys for the peti- tioners , for the fixing of a time and place for hearing on the Petition for Organization of a Ground Water Subdistrict and a Petition for Inclusion of an Area in Central Colorado Water Conservancy District , and for an Order directing the Clerk of the Court to give notices of the pendency of each of said Petitions as in C .R.S . '63 , Sec . 150-5-6, as amended , required , and the Court being fully advised in the premises DOTH ORDER: 1 . That a hearing on each of said Petitions filed herein shall be had before this Court on Wednesday , the 7th day of March , 1973 , at the hour of 9 :30 A.M. , in the District Court Room in the Weld County Court House , Fourth Floor, Greeley , Colorado. 2 . That Mary M. Connell , Clerk of this Court be and she is hereby directed to cause notice by publication to be made of the pendency of each of said Petitions and of the time and place of the hearing thereon and to forthwith cause a copy of each of said notices to be mailed by United States registered mail to the Board of County Commissioners of the counties of Weld and Morgan having territory within the proposed subdistrict and inclusion , and to the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County in which a portion of the present district lies .
