Dear Weld County Commissioners :
Please accept my apologies concerning the Kenneth Nelson hearing
on August 27, 1973. Since our special use permit had been
approved by the Weld County Planning Commission , we felt our
procedure was proper. After presenting our testimony to your
council , we saw that the Commissioners had a different viewpoint
and, of course, our special use permit had to be denied.
Thank you for your consideration and time, and I 'm truly sorry
for any inconvenience.
