SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR
COOPERATIVE EXTENSION WORK BETWEEN
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AND COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
did sign on January 1, 1971, a Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperative
Extension Work for Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is mutually agreed between both parties that the
Memorandum of Understanding between Weld County, Colorado, and Colorado State
University for Cooperative Extension work dated January 1, 1971, is hereby
amended by the supplemental agreement hereto attached and made part of this
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado,that they do hereby accept, by signing,said Supplemental (:,7,1
Agreement for Cooperative Extension Work in Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

It is mutally agreed by and between the parties hereto
that the Memorandum of Understanding between E

County and Colorado State University on Cooperative Extension
work dated January 1, 1971 is hereby amended and supplemented
to the extent of providing the following budgets for the
support of the Cooperative Extension work for the period
from January 1, 1973 to December 31, 1973 . The budgets shown may
be adjusted for professional staff salary savings and in the
event salary savings occur, the budgets will be adjusted in
proportion to the initial salary support.
