We,the undersigned, Citizens of your County,respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a county wapon road to be laid out as follows,to-wit: Commencing at_--The--eente-r--o£--Seet4On--thhirty---Six--(36)---TOwnship---------__--- three N (3) Range Sixty one W (61) thence north on the half section line to the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad. This Road being between three quarters • (a) and one (1) mile in length and neading no work at all at present being good hard and level land the entire distance. • the object of this road is to get to the new Station, Omar. that the State Utility Commision has ordered the C B & Q. R. R. to put in. • • Said road to be not less than sixty(00)feet in width. We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road,as above described,and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out,in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying oat and opening of said road hereby ' agree to give the right of way through our lands,as shown by the plat accompanying this petition,and relinquish all claims for dam- age by reason thereof.
