Subject: Bid Recommendation for B2500077, Demolition of house and accessory
structures at 1339 LCR 1 construction contract.
As advertised, this solicitation is for Demolition of house and accessory structures at 1339
LCR1 construction contract.
On June 19, 2025, seven bids were opened for the Demolition of house and accessory
structures at 1339 LCR 1 construction contract. The bids were presented to the BOCC
on June 23, 2025.
Public Works recommends rescinding the bid due to the fact the bids are over budget
for this portion of the project. Public Works will look at the scope and will rebid at a
future date.
