Approve Reassignment to Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, a vacancy currently exists on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,
and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Gillian Smith to said board from an Alternate Representative Member to a Regular
Representative Member, with a term to expire August 19, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Gillian Smith be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Noxious Weed
Management Advisory Board, with a term to expire August 19, 2028.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 11th day of August, A.D., 2025:
