Dear Franchise Authority,
We are writing to let you know of a billing change that will go into effect beginning in
November.
Our late payment fee will increase from $6.00 to $10.00 beginning with the November bills.
Customers can avoid a late payment fee by ensuring that their payment is received by the due
date on their bill. After that date we allow a five day grace period before a late fee is imposed.
Customers are being notified of this change via a bill message. Please let us know if you have
any questions.
