DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Loveland Ready -Mix Concrete Inc., a Colorado
Corporation, whose address is P.O . Box 299, Loveland, CO 80539, being the owner of the following
described property in Larimer County, Colorado, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein;
For the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby dedicate forever said property as a public highway,
pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute 43-2-201(1)(a), free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, and
warrants title to the same. Owner(s) acknowledge and agree that the compensation paid for the property is
the fair market value of a fee simple interest notwithstanding that owner(s) are conveying a right-of-way for
transportation purposes.

P.M.), County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being a portion of that warranty deed filed in the Larimer County Clerk
and Recorders office under reception No. 2004-0087601, Dated September D3, 2004, and being more particularly

a monument box at the East end, to the East One -Sixteenth corner of said section 25, being monumented by A No.
6 rebar with a 2.5 -inch aluminum cap stamped LS 123741995, in a monument box at the West End, as Bearing
North 89°45'44" West, a distance of 1362.95 feet, being a Grid Bearing of the Colorado State Plane Coordinate
