CALL TO ORDER:
Jason Maxey, President, called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
APPROVE MINUTES OF JANUARY 13, 2025
By motion duly made by Bruce White, and seconded by Jason Maxey, the minutes of
January 13, 2025, were approved unanimously.
RECONSIDER IGA WITH WELD COUNTY FOR ROAD PROJECTS:
Cheryl Pattelli indicated the amount presented at the January 2025 meeting was incorrect.
The amount was presented for 2025 was $1,528,575 and should have been $1,500,000 for Weld
County Road Projects. Attached to the IGA is Exhibit A with oil and gas haul route (HARP) projects
for 2025 of which $1,500,000 will be paid for from Weld County Federal Mineral Leasing District
funds in 2025 per the IGA. On motion duly made by Bruce White and seconded by Jason Maxey,
the Intergovernmental Agreement for Road Projects was approved unanimously.
CONSIDER IGA WITH WELD COUNTY FOR WATER TESTING:
Cheryl Pattelli indicated the amount presented at the January 2025 meeting was incorrect.
The amount presented for 2025 was $52,000 and should have been $82,575 for the water testing
program which will be paid from Weld County Federal Mineral Leasing district funds per the IGA.
Cheryl Pattelli indicated that the IGA is a continuation of the previous water testing IGA starting
in 2011. On motion duly made by Bruce White and seconded by Jason Maxey, the In
Intergovernmental Agreement for Water Testing was approved unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Jason Maxey presented the payment of $600 to the Weld County General Fund for
administrative services, for approval. By motion duly made by Bruce White, and seconded by
Jason Maxey, the payment was approved.

Jason Maxey presented the payment of $3,100 to the Weld County General Fund for audit
services, for approval. By motion duly made by Bruce White, and seconded by Jason Maxey, the
payment was approved.
Jason Maxey presented the payment for $1,500,000 to the Weld County Public Works
Fund for road haul projects, for approval. This amount will be paid pending BOCC approval of
the IGA just presented. By motion duly made by Bruce White, and seconded by Jason Maxey,
the payment was approved.
Jason Maxey presented the payment of $80,575 to the Weld County Department of Public
Health and Environment Fund, for approval. The amount will be paid pending BOCC approval of
the IGA just presented. By motion duly made by Bruce White, and seconded by Jason Maxey,
the payment was approved.
There was no other business to come before the Board.
