RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, has purchased insurance coverage from the Greeley-Weld
Insurors Association covering complete liability, fire and extended
coverage for all County owned real and personal 'property, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley-Weld Insurors Association has
provided this insurance coverage under terms, conditions and price
that are most reasonable, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley-Weld Insurors Association has offered
its services to the County in the form of providing a servicing agent to
assist the County Chief Accounting Officer in the administration of said
insurance program, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interests of the County to accept
the offer of the Greeley-Weld Insurors Association to aid and assist the
County in the administration of said insurance program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until further order of the
Board, FRANKS AND SCOTT COMPANY
be appointed as servicing agent for the aforementioned Weld County
insurance program.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
September, A. D. , 1973.
